Channel Partners

Our channel partners have overall responsibility for sales and fulfillment of Scalable’s products. Channel partners can be either distribution partners or reseller partners; and in some cases both.  Scalable’s extensive lead generation programs will augment the lead generation programs of our channel partners to generate a steady flow of new opportunities to generate revenue.

Distribution Partners

Distribution partners help recruit new reseller channels and provide order processing for resellers. In addition distribution partners will provide sales and technical support to their reseller partners plus ongoing sales training. This support will often include consultative sales support, including onsite customer sales engagements. A good distribution partner commits to invest in developing Scalable’s market and developing internal skill sets to support these activities.

Reseller Partners

Reseller partners maintain the customer relationship. Our reseller partners will already be selling related goods and services to our target markets. The most successful reseller partners have developed (or are developing) value added services to help customers drive costs out of IT. Scalable will provide extensive sales support at the point of engagement with the customer, including Proof of Concept assistance.

Partner Levels

Platinum Partner

Platinum partners buy direct from Scalable. Platinum partners have demonstrated a long-term, strategic commitment to Scalable and have a proven track record in sales of Scalable’s products. Platinum partners enjoy the highest margin rates, the most direct and extensive access to Scalable’s technical and marketing resources, participation in our product development decision making and Scalable supported marketing programs.

Gold Partner

Gold partners may buy direct from Scalable of from one of our Platinum partners. Gold partners have successfully sold Scalable’s products as part of their customer service offering. Gold partners have developed skills necessary to support their sales efforts and have committed to a plan whereby Scalable is a core commercial offering

Silver Partner

Silver partners buy from Platinum or Gold partners.  A Silver partner has committed resources to Scalable’s sales and technical training programs and has allocated key staff to help develop the business relationship going forward. A silver partner will already have introduced Scalable to some of their key customers.

Affiliate

Affiliate partners buy from Platitude or Gold partners. An Affiliate is an organization or individual with a trusted adviser status within an prospect, or group of prospects, who sees the value in introducing Scalable to those prospects.
